Package contents describe what a proposal typically covers; scope, price and support terms are set only in a written proposal and agreement.

- The completed IEC 104 device profile and IEC 62351-5 PICS on request, for interoperability reviews
- The IEC 104 Test Tool for factory and site acceptance checks
- Installation instructions for NeoCore gateways; electrical work is carried out by a licensed electrical contractor
