Already have SCADA or a BMS?
Keep it. NeoCore collects the data once, and you decide where it goes: NeoPilot, the system you already run, or both.

NeoPilot and NeoShift
NeoPilot is the window you get with NeoShift. It is where your team sees what drives the demand charge, reviews the options NeoShift prepares, and approves the plan before NeoCore applies it. Lower demand charges
NeoPilot is not sold as a replacement for a SCADA or building management system. Where you already run one, the same data can go there instead.
Frequently asked questions
What is NeoPilot?
NeoPilot is the NeoTechX operations interface. It brings live monitoring, demand reports and load-management options into one view, so facility teams can understand site conditions, compare options and approve changes before they are applied.
Do I need NeoPilot if I already have SCADA or a building management system?
No. NeoCore can send the same data to the SCADA, BMS or historian you already run, over OPC UA, BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, DNP3 or IEC 60870-5-104. NeoPilot is the view NeoTechX provides with NeoShift; it is not a replacement for a SCADA system you rely on.
Can NeoPilot notify staff after hours?
Yes. Alarm conditions are defined in NeoCore logic, which can email up to 100 recipients per driver instance with delivery diagnostics, and NeoPilot shows alarms and events with acknowledgement.
Can operators view NeoPilot in a browser?
Yes. NeoPilot publishes its pages for viewing in a modern web browser on the network where they are published.
Does NeoPilot use AI?
AI-assisted insights in NeoPilot are in development. NeoTechX will add them as they prove themselves in the field; none is offered as available today.
See your own site in NeoPilot.
Start with the free assessment. If live monitoring is useful, NeoCore connects and NeoPilot shows what it finds.
