Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: for example your name, work email, organisation and the details of your request, and whether you agreed to receive product news. We also keep the time of submission and, for a short period, network information needed to limit abuse.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party scripts or fonts. A small setting in your browser remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, to scope a project you asked about, and, only if you opted in, to send occasional product news. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where it is stored

Hosted exclusively in Canadian data centres, supporting BC public bodies' obligations under FOIPPA. Form submissions are stored in an encrypted database on NeoTechX's server in a Canadian data centre, and NeoTechX does not store or process them outside Canada. Notification emails sent to NeoTechX staff contain no personal information, only a link to the submission.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are deleted after 730 days unless they become part of a customer or partner relationship, in which case the agreement governs retention.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with a NeoTechX partner working on your project, if you tell us one is involved, or where the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
