NeoTechX

Hardware for NeoCore

NeoCore Edge Runtime is hardware-agnostic and runs on Linux industrial PCs. For field installations NeoTechX recommends only CSA-approved devices and checks each model's certificate before recommending it; Raspberry Pi and BeagleBone Black are for development and evaluation only.

Which platforms are documented?

How does NeoTechX choose field hardware?

NeoTechX recommends only CSA-approved (or cUL-certified) IPCs for field installations. Certification belongs to a specific model and configuration, so NeoTechX checks the manufacturer's certificate for each model before recommending it, and does not describe a model as certified unless that certificate is on file.

Enclosure, temperature range and power input follow the chosen device's datasheet. Electrical installation is carried out by a licensed electrician or licensed electrical contractor; NeoTechX does no electrical work itself.
